BEVERLY — Planning Board approves three property applications and schedules April Federal Street hearing. The board unanimously endorsed two Subdivision Approval Not Required plans for 9-11 Fillmore Street (John Vitale) and 63 West Street (63 West Street LLC) and granted a Waiver of Frontage and Definitive Subdivision approval for 85 and 87 Bridge Street (Robert Noyes II and Stephanie Marie Noyes), a 1,175-square-foot parcel transfer approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals on January 28, 2026. The board scheduled a public hearing for April 28, 2026, on Site Plan Review 170-26 and Special Permit 205-26 for 46 Federal Street, a five-townhouse demolition and replacement project with a parking aisle width variance.
Chair Derek Beckwith announced plans to move from the city within months and resign; the board tabled election of 2026 chair and vice-chairperson to June 23.
