BEVERLY — Planning Board approves lot consolidation and schedules accessory dwelling ordinance hearing. Chair Derek Beckwith and five members unanimously endorsed a Subdivision Approval Not Required Plan to combine two Woodbury Street lots for Wrecking Crew LLC and endorsed a Definitive Subdivision Plan Without a Covenant for 85-87 Bridge Street o/b/o Robert Noyes II and Stephanie Marie Noyes. The Board also voted unanimously to set a Joint Public Hearing with the City Council on Order #119, the Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance Update, for May 4, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., and deferred the Election of Officers to the May 19 meeting.
