Beverly Planning Board approves mixed-use development modifications at 103 Cabot Street. Chair Derek Beckwith and the five-member board unanimously deemed the relocation and redesign of a retaining wall for the eleven-unit residential and office building a minor modification and approved it, with Member Ellen Flannery bringing the motions. The change relocates 30 feet of the wall toward the property line and relies on natural site grade elsewhere, preserving overall project scope and stormwater design.
The board also unanimously set a public hearing for February 10, 2026 on a parking-variance request for a second mixed-use project at 371 Cabot Street seeking approval for ten parking spaces where twelve are required and a nineteen-foot aisle width where twenty-four feet are required.
