BEVERLY — Design Review Board unanimously approves three sign applications. Vice Chair Michael Barone Jr. led the five-member board in approving a painted mural sign for The Moon and the Mat at 267 Cabot Street with compliant window signage, a replacement projecting sign for Offerings at 719 Hale Street in off-white with brown, mounted at least 10 feet above the sidewalk, and wall signage for CVS at 434 Rantoul Street on the Elliott Street and Rantoul Street facades plus two signs on the pharmacy canopy. The board tabled a previously withdrawn modification to site plan review for Landry and Arcari Rugs and Carpeting at 143 Brimbal Avenue.
