BEVERLY — Design Review Board unanimously approves five sign applications and recommends 46 Federal Street project. Chair Jon Ouellette, Vice Chair Michael Barone Jr., and members Kenneth Clawson, Ellen Flannery, Emily Hutchings, and Joanna Scott voted on signage for Big Chicken, Auburn A Nederman Company (with condition that lettering fit within sign band), MFM Health, Coldwell Banker Realty, and Tacoboutit. The board also recommended approval of a five-unit townhouse development at 46 Federal Street, with recommendations for permeable paving, landscaping, drive width reduction, roof line modifications, and energy management improvements.

The Parking and Traffic Commission had previously voted unanimously to recommend the 46 Federal Street application.
