Beverly Zoning Board grants two variances at April 22 meeting. Chairperson Will Cosmas led the board in voting 4-0 to approve a two-bay garage addition for John Claiborne at 60 Longmeadow Road, a nonconforming R10-district lot granting relief due to undersized lot dimensions. The board also voted 4-0 to allow Boston Consignment retail operations using 9,000 square feet of a 51,158-square-foot industrial building at 32 Dunham Road, with 70 percent of the business conducted online and estimated traffic of 10 customers daily.
