Beverly Home Sales Range From $464,700 To $1.5 Million In September
Beverly recorded 13 property transfers in the four weeks ending Sept. 26, with eight sale prices posted so far ranging from $464,700 to $1.5 million and a median of $793,000. The month's top sale was 37 Old Planters Road at $1.5 million, followed by two units at the 50 Balch Street condominium building that sold for $1.33 million and $808,000. Five transfers, including properties on Driscoll Lane, Oak Street and Upland Road, list matching family names between seller and buyer and have no price on file yet. With prices still pending on five of 13 deeds, the data offers a partial but not complete picture of September's market.
