Beverly Home Sales Span $330,000 To $1.44 Million In Late-Summer Deeds

Beverly recorded 15 property sales between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with prices ranging from $330,000 to $1,444,000 and a median of $637,500, according to Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds filings. The month's top sale was a $1,444,000 condominium unit at 50 Balch St., part of a cluster of five 50 Balch St. units sold by the same seller within a two-day span. Three transfers, two parcels on Sylvan Road and one on Piper Drive, were family trust transactions with no price yet recorded. Twelve of the 15 sales had a price on file at time of reporting; based on the recorded data, the month showed steady, moderate-volume activity across a wide price range.
