14 Beverly Property Sales Recorded as Median Price Reaches $784,000
Beverly recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with 10 of those sales listing a price. Recorded prices ranged from $30,000 to $920,000, with a median of $784,000. The top sale was 6 Gardner St, Lot 4, which sold for $920,000, transferring from Kevin F. Hobin to the Jeffrey R. Griswold 2023 Revocable Trust. Three condominium units at 50 Balch Street, all sold by 50 Balch LLC, accounted for the period's largest street-level cluster, with prices from $793,000 to $882,000. Four sales, all involving transfers within families or into trusts, had no price recorded yet. No transaction in the dataset exceeded $1 million.
