Beverly home sale tops $4 million as August deed filings show wide price spread
Beverly recorded 14 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, with 10 disclosing a sale price ranging from $315,000 to $4,175,000 and a median of $665,000. The month's standout transaction was 31 Boyles St. Lot A-1, which sold for $4,175,000, well above the next-highest sale of $850,000 at 63 Front St. Unit A. Front Street recorded two sales during the period. Four transfers, including two involving matching grantor and grantee names, did not disclose a price.
