Beverly recorded 12 deeds between July 3 and Aug. 1, with eight disclosing a sale price ranging from $533,000 to $1,604,000 and a median of $677,500. The month's top sale was 8 Middlebury Lane, Lot 51, at $1,604,000, sold by Henry R. Tribuzzi to Alison Swigut -- more than $600,000 above the next-highest transaction, 7 Clifton Avenue at $940,000. Four of the 12 deeds, including several apparent family or trust transfers, did not disclose a price. Most recorded sales, priced and unpriced, fell between $500,000 and $1 million, and nearly all activity closed within a three-day span from July 29 to July 31.
