Beverly Sales Span $337,500 To $1.075 Million In Late-Summer Deed Activity
Beverly recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, per Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds data. Nine sales disclosed a price, ranging from $337,500 to $1,075,000, with a median of $721,500; the other five, several between family members or into trusts, listed no sale price. The month's top sale was 4 Berrywood Lane, Lot 1, which sold for $1,075,000 on Sept. 4. Cabot Street saw two sales, at $900,000 and $366,000. Sales were spread across price tiers, with two under $500,000, five between $500,000 and $1 million, and two above $1 million.
