Beverly home sales top out at $1.59 million as family transfers make up nearly half of recorded deeds
Beverly recorded 14 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, though only seven deeds listed a sale price, ranging from $362,000 to $1,585,000 with a median of $915,000. The month's top sale was 10 Yankee Way, Lot 11, which sold for $1,585,000, with Richard J. Cimino selling to Joshua Michael Wilson. Notably, six of the 14 recorded deeds, nearly half, were transfers between people with matching names, consistent with trust or estate transactions, and none of those six disclosed a price. With half the dataset lacking pricing information, the recorded activity shows steady transfer volume but limited visibility into actual market values for the period.
