Beverly Home Sales Split Between Seven-Figure Deals And Sub-$500K Condo
Thirteen Beverly properties sold between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to Essex County deed records. Eight sales had a price recorded, ranging from $460,000 for a Lothrop Street condo to $1,945,125 for a Whitehall Circle unit, with a median of $835,000. The five unpriced transactions largely involved trusts or same-surname parties, including two owners transferring property into their own revocable or irrevocable trusts. Three of the 13 sales were unit-designated condominiums. With no comparable prior-period data provided, the deed records show a wide spread between seven-figure and sub-$500,000 sales but no clear directional trend.
