Beverly Conservation Commission issues enforcement order for Hart Street tree removal. The Commission voted unanimously April 7 to require property owner Jeffrey Burbank to submit a restoration planting plan by April 21, mandating six native trees or shrubs in the area where Iron Tree Service removed approximately 10 trees within 200 feet of a perennial stream without required approval. Conservation Agent David Spidaliere issued a violation notice.

In other business, the Commission issued three determinations of applicability for residential deck projects and approved staff mileage reimbursements totaling $30.55.
