Beverly Retirement Board approves salary increases for top officials and finalizes 2026 budget. At its January 29 meeting, the board unanimously approved a 5 percent raise for Executive Director Adam Travinski and a $5,000 market adjustment plus 5 percent cost-of-living increase for Assistant Director Meaghan McLaughlin, both effective January 1, 2026. The board also approved the 2026 budget with an amended salary line of $231,087.08, up from $215,087.08.
The board enrolled six new members and processed transfers of employees to other municipalities.
