Beverly Golf and Tennis Commission approves December minutes and spring project updates. Vice-Chair Martin J. Lawler reported a strong 2026 budget balance, and the commission unanimously approved adding one handicap parking space next to the pro shop path.

Major projects include veranda railing and awning work, tennis court pipe replacement, building back wall replacement, and Elliott Street Green 15 fence installation. The course membership grew last year with a wait list forming; the Renick Family Memorial clock is expected to debut at the August tournament.
