Beverly Assessors approve $43,507 in property tax abatements. The Board of Assessors, meeting February 26 with Chairman Francis J. Golden and Assessor Teresa A.
DeBlasie present, approved tax abatement applications totaling $43,507.34 across 18 properties for Fiscal Year 2026. Assessor Richard J. Scanlon was absent.
The board also denied abatement applications for 13 properties and reviewed and approved new Statutory Exemption and Community Preservation Act Exemption Applications.
