Beverly Planning Board schedules special permit hearing. Acting Chair Ellen Flannery led four members in scheduling a September 15 public hearing for Special Permit #206-26 at 4 Linden Avenue, filed by Bruce D. and April K. MacPhail to reduce required parking from four to three spaces, permit parking within five feet of lot lines, and allow two driveways within 30 feet of each other.
The board unanimously nominated Michael Vigorito as its Community Preservation Committee representative, with Vigorito abstaining.
