Chair Jon Ouellette presided as the board voted 6-0 on applications from Crust & Foam at 507 Rantoul Street, The Granite Group at 97 River Street, and Harborlight House at 1 Monument Square. Kenneth Clawson confirmed the Crust & Foam signage complies with zoning, while Emily Hutchings found The Granite Group's signs necessary to support business interests in an industrial district.
