Conservation Commission · Meeting of September 15, 2026

Beverly Conservation Commission closed out nine completed wetlands projects with Certificates of Compliance on September 15, including work at 4 Upland Road, 2 Thaxton Road, 662 Cabot Street, and five others. The Commission issued an Order of Conditions for 76 & 78 Paine Avenue for demolition and new construction of a single-family home with in-ground pool, terrace, and pickleball court, requiring enhanced drainage systems that reduce impervious surface by 1,200 square feet and achieve 75 percent plant survivorship after two growing seasons. The Commission also approved two Negative 3 Determinations of Applicability for deck replacement at 21 Wirling Drive and artificial turf installation at 451 Essex Street.
