Conservation Commission · Meeting of June 30, 2026

Beverly Conservation Commission issues Orders of Conditions for two residential projects. The Commission approved an Order of Conditions for a 15 Wirling Drive addition and patio project proposed by Meredith Johnson and an 8 Upland Road carport project by Paul Clermont, both with standard erosion and sedimentation control conditions and a requirement for 75 percent shrub survivorship after two growing seasons. Both Orders of Conditions passed with four votes in favor, zero against, and one abstention from Vice Chair Amber Redmond.

The Commission also continued hearings on two larger projects, 58 West Street and the 40 Prince Street redevelopment involving pool, cabana, and seawall repairs, to July 28.
